In this episode Dame Alison Peacock and Emma Hollis from NASBTT discuss how the 2024 changes to the ITT mentor program will impact mentors and how NASBTT and The Chartered College Mentor pathway to Chartered teacher status can be used to recognise the importance and expertise of mentors as part of the ITT program.


Emma Hollis is Executive Director of the National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT) which promotes high-quality schools-led programmes of training, education and professional development of teachers.
